Subscription and Refund Policy

Financial terms, renewal, cancellation and refunds.

This Subscription and Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of IQ Certify (operated by ATENCION AL CLIENTE 24 HORAS S.L.) and governs the financial terms of the Service, as well as the conditions for cancellation and refund.

If you subscribe on day 1 to the 7-day trial plan:

2.1 YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY EACH MONTH AT THE END OF THE BILLING PERIOD, AT THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE, UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT.

2.2 By starting the Trial, you expressly authorize the subsequent automatic charges.

2.3 At the start of the Trial you will receive a single welcome email with the exact date of the first post-Trial charge (7 days later) and instructions to cancel. This is the only notification sent before the charge. If you cancel your subscription before the first charge, no charge will be applied.

3. How to cancel the subscription

3.1 Cancellation deadline

To avoid the next charge, you must cancel before the end of the current period (whether Trial or Subscription month). During the 7-day Trial you may cancel at any time and no charge will be applied.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION. If you do not receive it within the indicated period, contact [email protected] immediately.

Simply deleting your account does NOT cancel the Subscription. You must expressly cancel through one of the indicated methods.

4. Refund policy

4.1 Waiver of the right of withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by starting the Trial and beginning to use the Services (digital content), you EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, since you request the immediate performance of the service. Consequently, you will not be entitled to a refund once performance has begun, except in the specific cases described below or where required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

You may request a full refund of the Trial within 30 days of purchase if ALL of the following conditions are met:

Our decision on whether the refund is appropriate will be based on the terms of this Policy and on the specific circumstances of the case. We will communicate the decision to you by email.

6. Currency, taxes and conversions

6.1 Processing in local currency

We endeavor to process payments in your local currency. If this is not possible, payments will be processed in EUR/USD as applicable.

6.2 Currency conversion

The exchange rate applied is determined by your bank or card issuer. Any conversion fee charged by your bank IS NOT REFUNDABLE and is outside our control.

6.3 Taxes

The prices displayed may include or exclude VAT and other taxes depending on jurisdiction. The final price with taxes will be displayed before completing the purchase.

7. Failed payments

7.1 Automatic retries

If your payment method is declined, we will make multiple charge attempts over a period of up to 7 days.

7.2 Service suspension

Account benefits may be suspended 3 days after the first payment failure.

7.3 Bank fees

Bank charges arising from declined payments are your responsibility.

8. Changes in prices

8.1 We reserve the right to modify prices. For changes applicable to existing subscriptions, we will give notice at least 30 days before they take effect.

8.2 If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

8.3 Existing subscribers retain their guaranteed price for renewals, unless prior notice of a change is given.

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

9.1 Before initiating any legal action, please contact us at [email protected]. We will endeavor to resolve any controversy amicably.

9.2 Online Dispute Resolution platform (EU): consumers resident in the EU may turn to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr

9.3 For residents of Spain: you may turn to the Consumer Arbitration Boards of your Autonomous Community or to the competent courts of your domicile.
